Takhrij Hadith 1109: "Whoever says: I seek the…"
Zayd, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, heard the Prophet ﷺ saying:
“
Whoever says: I seek the forgiveness of Allah, the One besides Whom there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all, and I turn to Him in repentance, he will be forgiven, even if he had fled from the marching army.”
