By accessing and using Diwan Ahadiths ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Service Description

Diwan Ahadiths is a scholarly platform dedicated to verifying Prophetic Hadiths and clarifying their authenticity grades under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kacem Khailat. All suggested hadiths are verified according to rigorous academic methodology. Users can browse verified hadiths and suggest hadiths for verification to serve the Sunnah and earn rewards, or to verify the authenticity of a specific hadith.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

Scholarly Review and Verification

All hadith suggestions are reviewed and verified by our scholarly team under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kacem Khailat, using established hadith science methodology. The team evaluates the chain of narration (isnad) and text (matn) to determine authenticity. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request clarification for any suggestion based on our scholarly findings.

Intellectual Property

The platform's design, logo, and original content are the property of Diwan Ahadiths. Hadiths and scholarly texts are religious heritage and public domain knowledge. By suggesting a hadith, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and publish the verified content on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting deliberately false or fabricated hadiths
• Spam, repeated submissions, or abuse of the submission system
• Harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Diwan Ahadiths and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
