Sheikh Kacem Khailat was born in 1988 in the city of Sidi Yahya El Gharb, Kenitra Province, Morocco.

PhD in Hadith
With honors. His dissertation provided an extensive takhrij of the hadiths in Tafsir al-Qurtubi.
