Takhrij Hadith 1198: "A man stood up and…"

A man stood up and said 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you command us to wear of clothing in Ihram? So the Prophet ﷺ said 'Do not wear shirts, nor trousers, nor turbans, nor hooded cloaks, unless someone does not find sandals, then let him wear leather socks and cut them below the ankles, and do not wear anything touched by saffron or wars , and the woman in Ihram shall not wear a Niqab, nor shall she wear gloves.
