Takhrij Hadith 1199: "I witnessed the prayer on…"

I witnessed the prayer on the Day of 'Eid with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He began with the prayer before the sermon, without an Adhan and without an Iqamah. Then he stood up leaning on Bilal, so he commanded the fear of Allah and urged upon obedience to Him, and he admonished the people and reminded them. Then he proceeded until he came to the women, so he admonished them and reminded them, then he said 'Give charity, for indeed most of you are the fuel of Hellfire. So a woman from the middle of the women, having dark spots on her cheeks, stood up and said Why, O Messenger of Allah? He said 'Because you multiply complaints, and you are ungrateful to your companions . He said 'So they began to give charity from their jewelry, throwing their earrings and their rings into Bilal's garment.
