Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“

Let none of you stand by where a man is killed unjustly, for the curse descends upon those who are present when they do not defend him. And let none of you stand by where someone is beaten unjustly, for the curse descends upon those who are present when they do not defend him.

”
