Three men came to the Prophet ﷺ. One of them said: "O Messenger of Allah, I had one hundred dinars, and I gave ten dinars of them in charity." Another said: "O Messenger of Allah, I had ten dinars, and I gave one dinar of them in charity." The third said: "O Messenger of Allah, I had one dinar, and I gave one-tenth of it in charity." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "All of you are equal in reward; each of you gave one-tenth of his wealth in charity."
