Takhrij Hadith 1309: "Place your hand on the…"
On the authority of 'Uthman ibn Abi al-'As al-Thaqafi, that he complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ of a pain he had been feeling in his body since he embraced Islam. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him:
“
Place your hand on the part of your body that is hurting and say: "Bismillah (In the name of Allah)" — three times — then say seven times: " 'A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru (I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and fear)."”
