Takhrij Hadith 1349: "Indeed, Allah has chosen four…"
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“
Indeed, Allah has chosen four phrases from all speech: Glory be to Allah (Subhan Allah), Praise be to Allah (Al-hamdulillah), There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah (La ilaha illallah), and Allah is the Greatest (Allahu Akbar). Whoever says 'Glory be to Allah', Allah records twenty good deeds for him or removes twenty bad deeds from him. Whoever says 'Allah is the Greatest', receives the same. Whoever says 'There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah', receives the same. And whoever says 'Praise be to Allah, Lord of all the worlds' sincerely from his heart, thirty good deeds are recorded for him or thirty bad deeds are removed from him.”
