Takhrij Hadith 1353: "The first thing Allah, Blessed…"

The first thing Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, created was the Pen. It is from light, and its distance is a journey of five hundred years. Then Allah, Mighty and Exalted is He, commanded the Pen, and it wrote all that would come to pass until the Day of Resurrection. So believe in it as you have been informed of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, and His power.
