Takhrij Hadith 1388: "Recite the Qur'an, for it…"

Recite the Qur'an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection as an intercessor for those who recite it. Recite the two radiant ones—Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-i 'Imran—for they will come on the Day of Resurrection as if they were two clouds, or two shadows, or two flocks of birds in ranks, pleading on behalf of those who recite them. Recite Surah Al-Baqarah, for holding fast to it is a blessing, abandoning it is a cause of regret, and the sorcerers cannot withstand it.
