Takhrij Hadith 1467: "Whoever leaves his house for…"
Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“
Whoever leaves his house for prayer and says: “O Allah, I ask You by the right of those who ask of You, and I ask You by the right of this walking of mine. For I have not gone out in arrogance, boastfulness, showing off, or seeking to be heard of. Rather, I have gone out seeking to avoid Your displeasure and seeking Your pleasure. So I ask You to protect me from the Fire and to forgive my sins, for none forgives sins except You’—Allah turns toward him with His Face, and seventy thousand angels seek forgiveness for him.””
