Hadith 1489: "Learn from the matter of the stars that..."

Language:

It was narrated from Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said :

“

Learn from the matter of the stars that by which you are guided in the darknesses of land and sea, then stop. And from the matter of women, that which is lawful for you and what is forbidden for you, then stop. And from lineages, that by which you maintain your ties of kinship, then stop

”
