Hadith 1567: "I caught up with Abu Bakr -or I..."

It was narrated from Abu Sarihah al-Ghifari, who said :

“

I caught up with Abu Bakr -or I saw Abu Bakr- and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, and they would not offer udhiyah. In some of their narrations: out of dislike that they be followed in that.

”
