Takhrij Hadith 1589: "Four people ruled the earth:…"
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said :
“
Four people ruled the earth: two believers and two disbelievers. The two believers were Dhul-Qarnayn and Sulayman, and the two disbelievers were Nimrod and Nebuchadnezzar. A fifth, from my household, will rule it.”
