Takhrij Hadith 163: "The Prophet ﷺ was asked…"

The Prophet ﷺ was asked about Abu Talib: “Will your prophethood benefit him?” He replied: “Yes, I brought him out from the depths of Hell to the shallow part of it”. He was then asked about Khadijah, as she had died before the [revelation of] obligatory duties and the rulings of the Quran. He replied: “I saw her by a river among the rivers of Paradise, in a house of hollowed pearls, wherein there is no clamor nor fatigue”. He was asked about Waraqah ibn Nawfal, and he said: “I saw him in the heart of Paradise wearing fine silk”. Then he was asked about Zayd ibn ‘Amr ibn Nufayl, and he said: “He will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection as a nation by himself, between me and ‘Isa, peace be upon them both”.
