It was narrated from Sa‘d ibn Abi Waqqas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“

The supplication of Dhun-Nun (Yunus) when he supplicated while he was in the belly of the whale was: There is no god worthy of worship except You; glory be to You. Indeed, I was among the wrongdoers. No Muslim man ever supplicates with it concerning anything except that Allah responds to him.

”
