Takhrij Hadith 1647: "The Messenger of Allah (peace…"
It was narrated from Aishah, who said:
“
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came while the doors of the houses of his Companions were facing the mosque. He said: Turn these doors away from the mosque. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered, and the people did not do anything in this regard, hoping that some concession might be revealed for them. Then he came out to them again and said: Turn these doors away from the mosque, for I do not make the mosque lawful for a menstruating woman or a person in a state of janabah.”
