It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“
Today you are in a time when its scholars are many and its speakers are few; whoever abandons one-tenth of what he knows has fallen. And there will come after that a time when its speakers are many and its scholars are few; whoever holds firmly to one-tenth of what he knows will be saved.”
