Ibn ‘Abbas reported: The Prophet ﷺ said:

“

The most hated of people to Allah are three: one who commits wrongdoing in the Sacred Precinct (al-Ḥaram), one who seeks to introduce the practices of pre-Islamic ignorance into Islam, and one who seeks the blood of a person without right in order to shed it.

”
