‘Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“

If a day comes upon me in which I do not increase in knowledge that brings me closer to Allah, then may there be no blessing for me in the rising of the sun on that day.

”
