Takhrij Hadith 1851: "A man was wandering about…"
It is narrated:
“
A man was wandering about in Madinah, and it was said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "[Here is] a man who has performed Hajj one hundred times." Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) came out and called to her father, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so that he might see him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "How did you perform Hajj one hundred times, when you are not yet fifty years old?" He said: "My first Hajj coincided with the Day of 'Arafah falling on a Monday, so it counted as thirty Hajjs; and my second coincided with the Day of 'Arafah falling on a Friday, so it counted as seventy Hajjs." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "You have spoken the truth."”
