Takhrij Hadith 187: "Convey to me the needs…"

Convey to me the needs of those who are unable to convey them themselves, for whoever conveys to a ruler the need of someone who cannot convey it himself, Allah will make his feet firm upon the Sirat [the Path] on the Day of Resurrection.
