On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“
The imam's sitting between the adhan (call to prayer) and the iqamah (call to commence prayer) for the sunset prayer is part of the Sunnah.”
