Narrated by ‘Abdullah ibn Zayd ibn ‘Asim al-Ansari, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“

O the death-cry of the Arabs, O the death-cry of the Arabs —three times— Indeed, the thing I fear most for you is showing off and hidden desire.

”
