Takhrij Hadith 1888: "“O Allah, by You we…"
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say in the morning:
“
“O Allah, by You we have entered the morning, and by You we have entered the evening; by You we live, and by You we die; and to You is the resurrection.” And when evening came, he would say: “O Allah, by You we have entered the evening, and by You we have entered the morning; by You we live, and by You we die; and to You is the final return.””
