Takhrij Hadith 1893: "The murdered person will come…"
On the authority of ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“
The murdered person will come on the Day of Resurrection, bringing his killer, with his forelock and head in his hand and blood gushing from his jugular veins. He will say: ‘My Lord, this man killed me’ until he brings him near the Throne.” Ibn ʿAbbas said: When they mentioned repentance to him, he recited this verse: { Whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.} He then said: “This verse has neither been abrogated nor altered. So how could there be repentance for him?””
