On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“
“Renew your faith.” They asked: “O Messenger of Allah, how can we renew our faith?” He said: “Frequently say: ‘la ilaha illa Allah (There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah).’””
