Hadith 1920: "Hell surrounds this world, and Paradise lies beyond..."

On the authority of ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“

Hell surrounds this world, and Paradise lies beyond it. For this reason, the Sirat (the Bridge) over Hell is a path leading to Paradise.

”
