Takhrij Hadith 1951: "The Prophet (peace and blessings…"
On the authority of Qays ibn ‘Amr ibn Sahl al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
“
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man praying two rakʿahs after the Subh prayer, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Is the Subh prayer being prayed twice?” The man replied: “I had not prayed the two rakʿahs before it, so I am praying them now.” The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) remained silent.”
