Takhrij Hadith 1967: "Friday prayer is an obligatory…"
On the authority of Tariq ibn Shihab (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
“
Friday prayer is an obligatory duty upon every Muslim, to be performed in congregation, except for four: a slave, a woman, a child, and a sick person.”
