Takhrij Hadith 2032: "The Messenger of Allah (peace…"

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited [Surah] Sad while he was on the pulpit. When he reached the place of prostration, he came down and prostrated, and the people prostrated with him. On another day, he recited it, and when he reached the place of prostration, the people began preparing themselves to prostrate. He said: “It is only the repentance of a prophet, but I saw you preparing yourselves to prostrate.” So he came down and prostrated, and they prostrated with him.
