Hadith 248: "O son of Adam, I created you for..."

Language:

The Prophet ﷺ said, narrating from his Lord:

“

O son of Adam, I created you for My worship, so do not busy yourself with play. I have guaranteed your provision, so do not exhaust yourself. Seek Me and you will find Me; and if you find Me, you will have found everything. But if you lose Me, you will have lost everything. And I am more beloved to you than everything else.

”
