Takhrij Hadith 305: "A woman narrated to me…"

A woman narrated to me that she heard ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab delivering a sermon, saying: ‘O assembly of women, when you dye your hands, beware of intricate patterning and tipping the fingers; rather, let one of you dye her hands up to here’—and he pointed to the place where the bracelet is worn.
