Takhrij Hadith 360: "I saw Samraʾ bint Nuhayk,…"
On the authority of Abu Balj Yahyah ibn Abi Sulaym, who said:
“
I saw Samraʾ bint Nuhayk, who had lived during the time of the Prophet ﷺ. She was wearing a thick garment and a thick veil, and she carried a whip with which she disciplined people. She was enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong.”
