Takhrij Hadith 42: "‌I enjoin three things upon…"

‌I enjoin three things upon you and forbid you from three: I enjoin you to associate nothing with Allah; to hold fast to obedience altogether until Allah's decree comes to you while you are in that state; and to offer sincere counsel to those in authority who enjoin upon you with Allah’s command. And I forbid you from idle talk, excessive questioning, and the squandering of wealth.
