Takhrij Hadith 439: "The prayer of one who…"

The prayer of one who breaks his state of ritual purity is not accepted until he performs ablution. A man from Hadramawt asked: "What is meant by breaking one's state of ritual purity, O Abu Hurayrah?" He replied: "Passing wind, whether silently or audibly”.
