Takhrij Hadith 463: "O Muhammad, if it pleases…"
Narrated by 'Ali, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, that Jibril (peace be upon him) descended to him and said:
“
O Muhammad, if it pleases you to worship Allah as He truly deserves to be worshipped, then say: O Allah, to You belongs all praise—a praise everlasting alongside Your eternity; and to You belongs all praise—a praise perpetual, having no end save by Your will, and with every blink of an eye and every breath that is breathed.”
