Takhrij Hadith 492: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ…"
Abu Imran Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated from his father, from his grandfather—who was a Companion of the Prophet ﷺ:
“
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at a group of people approaching and said: "The Azd tribe have come to you; they are the most handsome in appearance, the sweetest in speech, and the most truthful in meeting others". Then he looked at another large group approaching and said: "Who are these?" They replied: "These are Bakr ibn Wa'il". The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said: "O Allah, mend their broken ones, give shelter to their outcasts, and do not let me see any of them reduced to begging."”
