Takhrij Hadith 556: "Whoever has the financial capacity…"
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“
Whoever has the financial capacity [to sacrifice] but does not offer a sacrifice, let him not come near our place of prayer.”
