Takhrij Hadith 590: "Constantinople shall certainly be opened…"
‘Abdullah ibn Bishr al-Khath’ami narrated from his father, who heard the Prophet ﷺ say:
“
Constantinople shall certainly be opened (conquered); what an excellent commander its commander shall be, and what an excellent army that army shall be!. He [Bishr] said: Maslamah ibn ‘Abdul-Malik called for me and questioned me, so I narrated this Hadith to him, whereupon he went to campaign against Constantinople.”
