Takhrij Hadith 721: "This knowledge will be carried…"
On the authority of Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-ʿUdhri, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“
This knowledge will be carried by the trustworthy ones of every succeeding generation. They will remove from it the distortions of the extremists, the fabrications of the false claimants, and the misinterpretations of the ignorant.”
