Hadith No. 8
Language:

Narrated Abi Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: the messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“

The very last person who will enter Paradise, is flipping on the bridge over Hell, from back to stomach, like a boy whose father beats him while he tries to escape away from him. His deed prevents him from crossing quickly, so he says: “O Lord, make me reach Paradise, and save me from the Fire” , and Allah Almighty reveals to him: “My servant, if I save you from the Fire and admit you into Paradise, will you confess your sins and misdeeds to Me?”. The servant replies: “Yes, O Lord, by Your Might and Glory if You save me from the Fire I will surely confess my sins and misdeeds to You”. Once he crosses the bridge, the servant says to himself: “If I confess my sins and my misdeeds to Him, He might take me back to the Fire”. So Allah reveals to him: “My servant, confess your sins and misdeeds to Me, and I will forgive you and admit you into Paradise” . The servant says: “No, by Your Might, I have never committed a sin, nor have I ever done a misdeed”. Allah reveals to him: “My servant, I have evidence against you” . The servant looks right and left but sees no one, and he says: “O Lord, show me Your evidence” , then Allah will make his skin speak of his [the servant] minor sins, and he says: “O lord, by Your Might, I have great hidden sins” , and Allah Almighty reveals to him: “My servant, I know them better than you do. Confess them to Me, and I will forgive you and admit you into Paradise”. Then the messenger of Allah (saws) laughed until his molars were visible and said: “This is the person with the lowest rank in Paradise, so what then of those above him?
