Takhrij Hadith 809: "No servant sets out seeking…"

No servant sets out seeking knowledge for fear of dying ignorant, or to revive a Sunnah for fear that it may fade away, except that he is like a victorious warrior striving in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. And whoever is slowed down by his deeds will not be hastened forward by his lineage.
