On the authority of Saʿd ibn Abi Waqqas, that the Prophet ﷺ said:

“

Indeed, Allah is Good and loves goodness; He is Clean and loves cleanliness; He is Generous and loves generosity; He is Munificent and loves munificence. So keep your homes clean, and do not imitate the Jews who gather rubbish in their dwellings.

”
