Takhrij Hadith 912: "There are three whose supplication…"

There are three whose supplication is not rejected: the just ruler, the fasting person until he breaks his fast, and the supplication of the one who has been wronged. The latter is carried upon the clouds, the gates of heaven are opened for it, and the Lord, Mighty and Majestic, says: "By My might, I shall surely grant you victory, even if after a time."
