Takhrij Hadith 974: "Whoever feeds his brother bread…"
On the authority of ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘As, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
“
Whoever feeds his brother bread until he is satisfied, and gives him water to drink until his thirst is quenched, Allah will distance him from the Fire by seven trenches, the distance between every two trenches being a journey of five hundred years.”
