Takhrij Hadith 992: "The Companions of the Prophet…"
On the authority of ‘Abdullah ibn Hisham, who said:
“
The Companions of the Prophet ﷺ used to learn this supplication whenever a new year or a new month began: "O Allah, bring it upon us with safety, faith, peace, and Islam, with the pleasure of the Most Merciful, and with protection from Satan.”
