On the authority of Nafi':
“
'Ibn Umar called the Adhan for prayer on a cold and windy night, then added 'Pray in your dwellings. He then said 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to command the prayer caller, if it was a cold and rainy night, to say 'Pray in your dwellings.”
