Takhrij Hadith 1214: ""Be truly shy before Allah."…"

"Be truly shy before Allah." We said: "O Messenger of Allah, indeed we are shy, and all praise is due to Allah!" He said: "It is not merely that. Rather, being truly shy before Allah is to guard the head and what it comprehends, and the belly and what it contains; to remember death and decay; and whoever desires the Hereafter abandons the adornment of this worldly life. Whoever does that has indeed been truly shy before Allah."
